How message length becomes SMS pages
You are billed per page, per recipient. The composer shows the exact page count and total cost before you press send.

Tip: keeping a message inside one page is the single easiest way to halve a campaign’s cost. A few symbols (like € [ ] { }) count as two characters in English messages.

How does prepaid SMS billing work?
You top up your wallet (bank transfer slip or online payment), and each SMS is charged per page as it is sent. Your full ledger, with every top-up, charge and refund, is visible in the dashboard at all times.
What counts as one SMS page?
160 characters for English (GSM-7). From the second page onward each page holds 153 characters. Sinhala, Tamil and emoji use Unicode: 70 characters per page (67 when multi-page). Every page is billed as one SMS.
What is a branded sender ID?
The name that appears as the sender on the phone, for example your business name instead of a number. We register it with every Sri Lankan mobile operator for you; approval typically takes a few working days.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Monthly fees are invoiced automatically each month and any free credit in the plan is applied instantly.
Do unused wallet funds expire?
No. Your prepaid balance stays in your wallet until you use it.
What happens if a message fails?
If a message fails to dispatch, its charge is refunded to your wallet automatically. You can see the refund in your billing history with the message's reference ID.
How do I pay for top-ups?
Upload a bank transfer slip in the dashboard or pay online. Once the payment is confirmed, the credit appears in your wallet and you can start sending immediately.
Is there a minimum volume or contract?
No contracts and no minimum volume. The pay-as-you-go plan has no monthly fee at all: top up what you need and send when you need.
